Trauma-Sensitive Workshop – 3rd May 2019

This Workshop is for anyone interested in deepening their understanding of physiological trauma, how it affects the body and how yoga can be used as a potent method of healing trauma. The workshop will include a 60-minute discussion followed by a trauma-sensitive yoga practice that will demonstrate a safe atmosphere for healing and emphasise the concepts of the embodied practice, self-empowerment and harnessing the power of regulating your own nervous system.
