Trauma-Sensitive Workshop – 23rd & 25th Feb

This workshop is for anyone interested in deepening their understanding of phycological trauma, how it affects the body and how yoga can be used as a potent method of healing from trauma. the workshop will include a 60-minute discussion followed by a 90-minute trauma-sensitive yoga practice that will demonstrate a safe atmosphere for healing and emphasise the concepts of the embodied practice, self-empowerment and harnessing the power of regulating your own nervous system.
