OUR CLASSES


Dynamic Hot Yoga

Weaving together the principles of vinyasa, one fluid breath per movement, this class will move at a fairly steady pace to build heat and stamina within the body and mind. Expect a little challenge with what you are comfortable with and look at your body with new eyes. Some knowledge of the yoga practice is advised, but not necessary as we will often break down poses in order to experience them more holistically, balancing strength with ease.

Yin

Deep, long-held, passive stretching to enhance flexibility in the connective tissue that forms our joints. Focusing primarily on the less flexible areas of the body such as lower back, hips, shoulders and sacrum. A highly effective class that creates deep opening and rejuvenation of the body.

Traditional Yoga & Stretch

The perfect balance of strength and flexibility to instil a sense of energy and peace. This class begins with a Yang practice (Vinyasa Flow) to invigorate and strengthen the body and finishes with slow, deep long stretching (Yin postures). All levels welcome.

STRETCH & CLEANSE

Warm up your body with a nice gentle flow and then ease into poses that open up the body. This class is great for the active living who would like to flex out their muscles after a good day out on the mountains.

FLOW YOGA

Class will include basic sun salutations, standing & balancing postures, yoga-core specific postures, introduction to hip and spinal awakening postures and may include an introduction to arm balances. The sequence will be challenging, yet accessible for all levels.

RISE & SHINE YOGA

Flow of yoga postures based on Vinyasa or Hatha to wake up body and spirit alike. The yogic texts say it is best to practice yoga early morning. Enjoy this 45 minute class before work or to provide great focus and energy throughout the day.

CARDIO FLOW

This Challenging Hot Yoga Class is Guaranteed to make you sweat and smile! Set to an energising playlist, this demanding flow will fire up your core, strengthen and detoxify your entire body.

Traditional Yoga

Non-Hot Yoga practicing the traditional Yoga postures with a gentle flow and long relaxation.

PILATES

Classical Mat based Pilates. Using Pilates equipment this class develops control and endurance in the entire body.

Barre Concept Workout

The Hottest new workout spreading the globe with a celebrity following. Set to high energy music a Barre workout contains the grace moves and posture of ballet, the core strength of Pilates and the alignment of yoga.
