Absolutely, we All start somewhere. We welcome you as your are, providing a space that nurtures and supports you on your yoga journey.
Yoga is about baby steps, we must crawl before we can walk and walk before we can run. Ask the instructor for a modification if one is not offered. we stress the non competitive nature of yoga and inviting you to make the practice your own, honouring your body taking rest when it is needed and not forcing yourself into a shape that you are not ready for.
We recommend coming to class on an empty stomach but not hungry. We advise not to eating anything heavy 1-2 hours prior to the class.

If you are practising Hot Yoga, it is best to drink plenty of water before the class, sip when required during the session and please be sure to rehydrate once the class has finished.

The most important thing is to be comfortable in what you’re wearing and have the ability to move about easily. We suggest wearing baggy, loose-fitting clothing or tight stretchy leggings and tops.

For our Hot Yoga classes, you’ll find out soon enough that sweating is quite normal, so more tight-fitting clothing is recommended as loose clothing can become uncomfortable quickly.

We provide everything you need, but you may prefer to bring your own mat as there is a small charge to rent ours. We also recommend you bring a bottle of water.

We also have lockers, changing facilities and showers.

Please arrive at the studio about 15-20 minutes before class time.

Upon entering, you’ll be greeted in the welcome area and asked to sign a registration form. You can sign in and pay for your class there. You’ll be shown where to leave your personal items, and directed into the studio where you can set up your mat and stretch or relax.

Arriving early will also give you time to ask the teacher any questions you might have, and tell him/her about any injuries or physical conditions he/she should know about. It is imperative we know if you are dealing with an acute injury.

We do. Our instructors have experience in offices, hospitals and schools as well as offering special team building clades at the studio for corporate groups. We want to promote yoga as a practice for healthy living in a way that is accessible to everyone. we are committed to offering yoga anywhere and everywhere we can. To arrange a corporate yoga class or series please contact us yogaeuphoria@icloud.com
If you have a specific medical condition or injury please consult your doctor first and inform your teacher before class begins. Yoga can help you to heal more quickly and safely from a recent accident, injury or surgery.

It may be useful to arrive early to discuss your issues with the teacher, who may suggest ways to modify the practise or work with the injury safely, or may suggest that the class is not suitable until the injury has healed.
