We have a wide range of classes that cater for the newbies and more experienced practitioners alike. A one hour class takes only 4% of your day.


Beginners Workshops

Do you feel tired and unfocused? Do you feel uncoordinated or inflexible? If you think you’re stuck with a stiff back or the effects of ageing then this workshop is for you.

Re-energize your mind & body, and reduce stress and tension while increasing your strength and flexibility. Our beginner’s workshops are designed to guide you through the basic alignment of the postures and general flow of a class in a relaxed welcoming environment. We will learn about breathing, posture and all things yoga this an all-encompassing program specifically tailored for beginners.

About Ballet Barre Workout

Barre fitness classes are simply ballet-inspired, incorporating a ballet barre and maybe some plies and pirouettes here and there into the workout. Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music.

In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.

If you have been Curious about Yoga but didn’t want to walk into a class with out any experience, this is the workshop for you. This Workshop teaches the basics of Yoga in a welcoming and non-intimidating environment. We will focus on poses, alignment, breath and at the art of honoring your body. By the end of the workshop, you will feel right at home on the mat.
